Q. Can I display multiple sets of ads on a single page?
Yes! You can create multiple displays and place them all on the same page. Each display operates independantly and will not affect any other displays on your page.
Q. How do I upgrade my free account to a professional account.
While logged in to your account click on the upgrade link. This will allow you to select your professional payment options and your free account will be converted to a professional account once payment has been verified.
Q. How do I display different sized ads within a single display?
Each display relies on the specific height and width of the ads within the display. You can only display ads that are the same size within your displays.
Q. How do I sort my ads in a specific order?
Each ad can be set with a sort order number. When building your display you will choose the Sort Order option next to the Ad Sorting section of the display builder. This will sort your ads by their defined sort order from lowest to highest whenever this display appears on a page.
Q. How do I recover my password if I have forgotten it?
All of our passwords are encrypted for your security. You cannot recover your password, however, you can reset your password by clicking on the login link and then click on the forgot password link. Enter your email address and your password will be sent to you via email.
